This is the classic ocean front beach house, with 4 bedrooms in the corners and a big open living area in the middle. The oceanfront deck is nestled between coastal pines, giving a special sense of privacy and incredible views of the beach and ocean right out front. The living room portion has a full view of the ocean and opens onto the covered porch with rocking chairs, a simple dining table, and a hammock.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware for big family meals. The dining table seats six comfortably, while the bar area seats four.
A sloped ramp allows handicapped access from the parking spaces to the living area. Enjoy step free access to the entire house!
